All services provided by Serenity Spa Oasis are non-refundable once completed.

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we may review the matter. Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified service-related issues, at the discretion of management.

Any future retail products, if offered, will be eligible for exchange only if defective and returned in unused condition within a reasonable time frame.
