Serenity Spa Oasis Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Serenity Spa Oasis. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products or gift cards, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Serenity Spa Oasis provides professional spa and wellness services including massage, facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, skincare treatments, and related services.

All services are provided by trained professionals. Results may vary depending on individual conditions and circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violation of spa policies.

Massage therapy and spa treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Our therapists do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medical treatments. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

Facial treatments are intended to improve the appearance and overall health of the skin; however, results vary by individual.

Clients are responsible for informing their esthetician of any allergies, skin conditions, medications (including retinoids or acne treatments), recent cosmetic procedures, or other factors that may affect treatment.

Temporary redness, sensitivity, purging, or breakouts may occur following facial treatments as part of the skin's natural response. Serenity Spa Oasis does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for temporary skin reactions, including breakouts or purging, following facial services when treatments have been performed in accordance with professional standards.

Clients are expected to follow all aftercare instructions provided by their esthetician.

2. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information before receiving services. Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or other circumstances that may affect your treatment.

Serenity Spa Oasis reserves the right to modify or decline services when necessary for client safety.

3. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Full service charges may still apply.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice ("no-shows") may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

By booking an appointment and providing payment information, you authorize Serenity Spa Oasis to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

5. Payments

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

For online bookings, a payment card may be securely stored on file for reservation purposes and enforcement of our cancellation policy. The full cost of services and add-ons is generally collected in person unless otherwise specified.

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and retail products offered by Serenity Spa Oasis.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. Serenity Spa Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

If a gift card is used to reserve an appointment, any applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be deducted from the remaining gift card balance.

Promotional offers, discounts, packages, and special pricing cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Serenity Spa Oasis reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.

Due to the individualized nature of massage, facial, waxing, and other spa treatments, dissatisfaction with treatment results or temporary post-treatment reactions, including redness, sensitivity, purging, or breakouts, does not entitle a client to a refund.

If you have concerns regarding your experience, please notify management promptly so we may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or return only in accordance with our applicable return policy.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Serenity Spa Oasis is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

A client engages in inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually suggestive behavior.
A client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A client fails to disclose medical conditions that may make treatment unsafe.
A requested service is deemed inappropriate or unsafe by our staff.
A client violates our policies or creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.

If service is terminated due to inappropriate conduct or policy violations, the client may remain responsible for the full scheduled service fee and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.

8. Service Provider Preference

If a client is dissatisfied with their assigned service provider, they may request to switch to another available provider within the first ten (10) minutes of the scheduled service. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request based on staff availability.

Requests made after the first ten (10) minutes of service cannot be accommodated, and the client remains responsible for payment of the full scheduled service.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Serenity Spa Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.

Personal information is collected only for:

Appointment scheduling
Customer service communication
Service improvement

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

11. SMS / TEXT Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Spa Oasis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
