Cancellation Policy

## Booking & Cancellation Policy A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Please note that cards saved on file are used solely for cancellation and no-show fees. All service and add-on charges will be collected in person at the time of your appointment. If you would like us to charge the card on file, please contact us at (949)488-0058 to request the charge! Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 12 hours to 2 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a $15 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of 40% of the scheduled service total.
