Cancellation Policy
Card information saved on file is only processed for no-shows and cancellations! Please note that the entire amount due for service and add-ons will be charged in-person at the store location. Cancellations or rescheduling 24hours prior to appointment time will not have a charge. Cancellations within 12 hours and 1 hour before appointment start time will result in a $15 charge to your account. Cancellations within 1 hour to appointment start and no-shows will result in a 40% of session price charged to your account.
